PAYNTGUARD 1000 HIGH GLOSS FINISH is a solvent-based alkyd enamel finishing coat. It is formulated to give excellent durability, gloss, and colour retention. It has high content, and quality pigment produces continuous paint film after drying.
Typical uses: For wooden, metal, and primed masonry surfaces exposed to rainfall and sunlight. Furthermore, it can be used as interior or exterior paint in a dusty environment.
Surface Preparation
Prior application of PAYNTGUARD 1000 High Gloss Finish :-
New surface: Surface generally must be clean, dry and free of all loose, dirt, oil stain and other contaminants before paint application. Surface affected by rust must be thoroughly cleaned and primed with Protective ZC Primer or ZP Primer before finishing coat.
Painted surface: For a strong preceding coat, light sanding is recommended. Then the surface must be thoroughly cleaned, dried and free of all loose, dirt, dust, oil stain and other contaminants before paint application.

Safety, Health and Environment
During painting, make sure no source of ignition at surrounding and no smoking. Always remember to use protective equipment especially eye-goggles and a face mask to cover the mouth and nose. Remember to ensure adequate ventilation in rooms you are painting – open windows and doors wherever possible. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical treatment. To remove splashes of paint from skin, use suitable cleanser or soap and water. When not in use, store paint in cool and shaded place and do not directly expose sunlight. Do not dispose paint into drains or watercourses. Wash your hands after use.
